Excellent breakfast, plus point for cotton candy station, bike rentals.

"The breakfast was excellent, with a full selection. We loved that they offered free cotton candy to welcome the children. They also have a bike rental service if you'd like to explore the area."

During the school holiday, this place was quite crowded and we didn't get the type of bed that we requested.

Very Good

Kids recreation are amazing - different sizes of pool, kids playground and kids outbound. Many outdoor activities are available in this hotel including e-bike vehicle and jogging track. Front office including concierge and security staff are very nice and helpful.

Staff and service. Long wait in bar and restaurant plus no staff standby by the counter of bar/cafe. long wait for room service plus many miss communication between the staff (kitchen and room service staff) as my order came wrong and un complete.

It was good, with some notes...

Breakfast was excellent but the variety of food is flat, we stayed for 2 nights and the food was the same as first day.

- The room service didn't allow us to add 1 more blanket as free, even they suggested to get additional bed as replacment. How could they do that? We just need a blanket. - The bathroom has standard low budget hotel facility. For the 4 stars hotel, we expect better quality of bathroom including the amenities.

A good family staycation during Eid.

The room is very comfortable. Very good for family trip.

The fitness center is very small, only 2-3 treadmills/static bicycle. Cannot use the room at all when there were 5 people inside it. The buffet dinner is decent, although some food is a bit over/under taste.

Good stay, children enjoyed the swimming pool and also outbound area

- a good variety of breakfast available with local and continental choices - the room we chose was pretty spacious - there's a large hotel ground to stroll around - outbound area for kids

- cleanliness in the bathroom especially cleaning the tiles and the showerhead could be improved, also the area at the sink - hotel needs some updating

Friendly and courteous staff. Nice spread of foods for breakfast. Nice atmosphere overall. Special shout out to your staff Shawal at the restaurant. Very welcoming and warm.

Stayed at Tower 3. A bit far to the restaurant. Prefer a firmer mattress.

I dont recommend this hotel.

Nice building and swimming pool. Air conditioning is very good. Receptionist are very helpfull. Free bike available. Free car park. Near so many nice restaurants.

Most of the food, not hot. Coffee and tea are not really hot. I got the omelette from chef but cold. Glass for juice were put in dishwasher tray,look like a backpacker bfast. Food not fresh. Milk is not available but request. Not hand towel available in the room but only 1 math towel on the floor. When I ask for 2 hand towel, they gave me 1 but look like math towel. Me and my wife has to share a hand towel. Only 1 after Shower robe available. We have to share it. And there is a lipstick on it. It look like they re use it again or not wash it properly. In the description, we supposed to have a one bedroom apartment with 1 sofa bed for child under 7. But none of sofa bed Before we check in, we call the reservation to confirm but they said, they will call me back because they are busy, but none of them call me. At 10am before we check out, the receptionist call me to remind me that check out time is 12pm. Why they call me for?

Overall I like to spend my time at aston bogor hotel and resort with my family.

The views and the locations.

When I check in, I can't get my rooms as my booked. Need a few minutes with front office staff to argue but finally i got my rooms.

It was ok

Staffs were very friendly

in the morning there’s a staff ringing our doorbell(and our neighbours) to check if we are all ok. When we didnt answer (coz we were still sleeping), the staff proceed to keep on knocking/ringing on doorbell. Also the hotel is a bit old and dirty

Overpriced and not worth the effort to go with family if you're going during the week

The room was outdated, without proper facilities (we booked a 1 br apartment with no dishes, extra blankets, etc). Food is overpriced and below average in quality. We also went because of all of the great activities for kids. It was never mentioned that these were only on offer during the weekend. There was little for the kids to do, which is why we went. Overall pretty disappointed.

It was very old. Need maintenance and pay more attention to cleaning. I asked for extra blanket they refused to give initially and they said they consider it as extra bed.

Very professional and friendly staff

Nice hotel, beautiful and spacious rooms. Great staff! I forgot my iPad cover and after email contact with the housekeeper, Reza from housekeeping arranged that it was send to the next hotel and kept contact to make sure I received it! Thanks a lot to Reza and his colleagues.

The children who were very early in the morning running loudly through the corridors.

Hotel location not in main road far inside d housing complex n very noisy coming from d waterpark beside d hotel n d sound from d swim guard while making d announcement for d tenants reach to our room coz our room facing d swimming pool,d rooms so far walking n complicated,lobby hotel so hot coz it’s open area so w r really melted while sitting waiting for d car r something can’t enjoy d lobby hotel as other hotel,swimming pool so boring.
